Please contact us first prior to shipping your machine. We service many brands and models, but cannot fix all of them (please refer to the bottom of this page).We do not recommend shipping any machine, as bringing it to our shop is the best way to make sure it does not get damaged accidently.

We cannot be liable for any damages to the machine during shipping to us, as we cannot guarantee it was packaged properly. Insurance through the shipping company must be done by you the customer before shipping. If insurance was not purchased you must file a claim through the shipping company. We will send any pictures of the damages the machine received for you to be able to file a claim. It is entirely up to you to pay for any claim fees or expenses, we will not afford any costs for a shipping claim.

Do not include any accessory parts with the machine, unless required for the repair, including drip trays,

Once the machine arrives, we will email or text (depending upon your preference) an invoice for the diagnosis deposit of $120. That must be paid before we can do any work to the machine.

Once we complete our diagnosis or the work you approved to be done to the machine, we will package the machine in a double walled box providing 4 inches of insulation from the machine on all sides, all seems will be taped, shipping costs will vary on this basis. The total cost of repair and shipping must be paid before we ship the machine back to you.
